Shipping Policy – Little Mushroom

1. General Information

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
We ship from Kaiapoi, New Zealand to addresses within New Zealand.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Rural Delivery Courier (Tracked) 3–7 business days $[X]

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather events, courier delays).

3. Rural Deliveries

Please note rural delivery can take longer than standard urban delivery. A rural surcharge may apply depending on your location.

4. Order Tracking

All parcels are sent via tracked courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes).
We do not ship outside New Zealand at this time.

6. Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can happen. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our control.

7. Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at karenslittlemushroom@gmail.com with your order number.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 10 days of receiving it so we can assist you.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
